In line with its mission to inspire, train and equip young people to be agents of change and transformation, Youth Making Impact Initiative is thrilled to announce a new partnership with CYPA Africa to launch its Policy, Advocacy and Leadership Fellowship.
This fellowship is designed to equip young, social and innovative leaders with the character, knowledge, skills, tools, and network to lead meaningful change and excel in policy design, advocacy and ethical leadership.
The fellowship will run on 3 core pillars: Knowledge and Skills, Mentorship, and Internship. Participants also get to have and enjoy peer to peer support which will foster long-term collaboration through connected platforms.
The maiden edition of this programme is targeted at young people between the ages of 18-30, resident in Plateau and Taraba States who have demonstrated leadership potential and are especially passionate about solving social issues such as: education, healthcare, environment, agriculture and the likes.
This collaboration with CYPA Africa is set to expand networking opportunities for fellows by leveraging on CYPA’s long standing as a formidable policy and advocacy think tank organization.
